The shuttle bus service was excellent, and the free car parking arranged by Mr Ahmad made arrival smooth. Our room, with a lovely view of the Clock Tower, was clean and accessible via fast lifts. Though the walk to Masjid al-Haram can be challenging, the frequent free buses eased the journey. The staff, especially Mamdooh, were attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. We had a wonderful experience at nawazi towers. the location was fantastic, only a short shuttle ride to the haram, and we could even walk there in about 15 minutes. the staff was welcoming and helpful, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. having shops, a masjid, and even a barber on-site made it convenient. the view from our room on the 19th floor was amazing, and we appreciated the amenities like tea and coffee available to us.
Nothings to complain about! 😊.

The location is super convenient, with a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to the holy site, plus it's just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I loved having a supermarket and shops right inside the hotel, making life so much easier during my stay. The room offered an amazing view that I'll never forget!
There were a few hiccups. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par; I noticed some stains and flies in the bathroom. the Wi-Fi connection could definitely use some improvement for those needing to work. It felt like staff morale could be better, which was a bummer considering they were trying their best! it was a decent experience with room for improvement!

Oh, where do I begin? The housekeeping was an absolute travesty-only cleaned when I called, and I even saw a black stain that stayed for my entire stay. I was also shocked by the lack of water, just one tiny bottle was unacceptable. I thought I deserved a welcome gift, but no gestures at all, which woudl ve been nice!

Proximity to major religious sites is unbeatable.
During my five-night stay, the cleanliness was quite unacceptable. Small flies emerged from the drains in the bathroom, and a persistent sewer smell made the situation worse. The housekeeping service was atrocious. They claimed they had no vacuums, and the carpets had food remnants from previous guests. One of the bed sheets had a noticeable black stain that was never changed throughout my entire stay. The housekeeper only visited initially, leaving me to clean the bathroom myself with Clorox.

The complimentary bread was a game changer! Plus, the shuttle service to Haram was super convenient. Clean rooms were a major highlight too.
While there was no breakfast option, it's worth noting that the room still shined despite our request for cleaning being overlooked.

The best part of my stay was the proximity to the Haram, only a short 5-minute walk away. The shuttle service running every 15 minutes also. I really appreciated the efficient communication and smooth check-in process. The room was cozy for a solo traveler, even if it was a bit tight. A pretty satisfying experience during my time there.
